    • Developing a mindset is about making positive behaviours a habit. Your mindset is a muscle and can be trained and improved.
    • Practice gratitude, write down each morning three things you are grateful for. Gratitude is the best way to start improving your life.
    • When pushed to the wall, instead of dwelling on fear take action instead.
    • There are two types of mindset:
      • Fixed, where things happen to you.
      • Growth, where things happen for you.
    • Strategies are not your limitation, your mindset determines your limits. Your mindset dictates your life.
    • Being overwhelmed is a choice, you can choose to say no to the things that don’t help you achieve your goals.
    • “If you want to take the island, you have to burn the boats.” A comfortable fear of failure is what leads people to live an unfulfilling life. Strive to be comfortably dissatisfied with your current life.
