    • How many of us have heard these things: “Sit still, stop talking, can’t you just stay focused?” Alex Charfen certainly did, but instead of seeing those behaviors as negative, he has embraced them as part of an Entrepreneurial Personality Type (EPT).  (01:33)

    • Flow – in a state of momentum, it feels great, like a drug or chemical high; we’re physically stronger and cognitively smarter,
    • Challenge: experiencing institutional drag from systems, pressure and noise
    • Constraint: causes symptoms of depression, adhd, decline. What’s the solution? Remove the constraints, and symptoms disappear.
  • How do we move forward? Success leaves clues (10:18)
    • Declare it: “The day you declare you are an entrepreneur, is the day you declare you are a product and a liability.” We stop asking for protection and support (10:33)
    • Embrace it: “We are the entrepreneurial personality type: the rest of the world is our market.” (11:15)
    • The Contribution Equation: “If you lower pressure and noise, by transparently asking for protection and support, your skills and abilities will show.  (11:25)
  • There’s nothing wrong with you… and you are not alone. (11:54)
