    • Envy leads to guilt, blame, scarcity, depletion. Zero-sum. All energy killers.
  • Abundance Spiral: It all starts with gratitude. (49:10)
    • Gratitude is connected to Appreciation: psychological and economic meaning.
    • “Every time you are grateful you appreciate the value of something.” (49:40)
    • Be grateful for everything.   
    • “Gratitude is energy and it leads to creativity.” (50:20)
    • Creativity is putting things together. You only put things together that you love and appreciate. (50:30)
    • “Creativity leads to cooperation:” Capitalism is an example of cooperation among strangers. (50:40)  
  • Put an abundance barrier between these two systems. (52:25)
  • Continually surround yourself with people who are energy people, in the  “Abundance Neighborhood.” (51:58)
  • “Get the past present and future right in your mind.” Understand that the mechanism for growing the future is to increase energy, reduce stuff. (52:55)
